use by bikes, roller blades and walkers is illegal where
bike trails are available.

Use
of bike trails in Sea Pines is limited to property owners
and invited guests.

Bikers,
bladers, joggers and walkers who leave the plantation
should note the electronic code at the electronic gate
to re-enter.

Unauthorized
bikers will be denied admittance or if already in the
Plantation will be required to leave.

Use
bike trails, where available, single file. Please use
the right side of the trail.

If
it is necessary to bike or blade on roads, please stay
on the rigt edge of the pavement, also in single file.

Bikers
should be considerate of pedestrians by warning them of
your approach at least 50 feet away.

No
bike riding is permitted on golf cart paths. Golf paths
are for the exclusive use of golf carts.

Safety
equipment such as helmets, kneepads and horns/bells is
recommended.

Night
biking is dangerous and is prohibited in the Plantation.

State
and local traffic rules must be obeyed - especially the
giving of hand signals and the observance of traffic signs.

Racing
or high speed operation of bikes or roller blades is prohibited.
